Burning Desire: Old Flames Burn Fast

Burning Desire by Games Global is a 5x3 slot that is based on popular themes such as fire and gems.

Despite the fiery graphics that are eye-catching, the game offered me a mix of regular features like autoplay, Wild, Scatter, and Free Spins round.

The Wild symbol replaced all other symbols except the Scatter. Moreover, it symbol frequently popped up on the grid. However, for the larger part, it wasn’t part of the winning combinations.

While playing, I managed to secure several wins, mostly due to various combinations of 5 of a kind featuring the lower-paying symbols. Despite the high winning frequency, most wins were up to 3x my bet, including the one I got when three bar symbols and a Wild aligned to form a winning combination.

Triggering the Free Spins round, which required landing 3 scatters, did not significantly bring me great profits. Although each win had a 3x multiplier, the bonus round wasn’t much more profitable than the base game and wins felt like a buried treasure.

One of the main downsides was how hard it was to trigger the bonus round, which took over 300 spins. This was truly disappointing and unusual, as in my experience, it was really easy to trigger the bonus rounds of all of the other games that I’ve tried from the very same provider.

All things considered, despite Burning Desire's fiery aesthetics, its profitability was truly a major letdown.
