Sloth Game by Endorphina is all about taking it easy. Three sloths sit above the 5-reel, 30-line grid, each one waiting for the snack or vice they're craving to roll past so they can grab it. Each grab can fire off a different bonus, and the deepest of them can climb to a 1,000x top prize.

In the base game, the burger was the highest-paying symbol, offering up to 40x returns. When it landed three or four across, I'd usually come away with something between 0.3x and 6x my bet. I also messed around with the Gamble on a couple of the better hits, doubled them up, and stepped away before it stepped on me.

Tokens land on the reels as beer, gum, or a cigar, and each token matches a sloth. When a sloth grabs what it wants, there's a chance for the bonus to trigger.

The way it shakes out, the Blue Sloth is the easy one: beer in, 30 free games out. The Pink Sloth opens a hold-and-win round where bonus symbols lock in place across the grid until your attempts run out, and the top jackpots climb to 1,000x your bet. 

The Green Sloth is the pick-and-pray option, where you crack open chocolates and chase awards that stretch from 30x at the floor all the way up to a 1,000x Blaze.

Around 100 spins in, the Blue Sloth finally got his beer and dropped me into 30 free games. Halfway through, the Pink Sloth grabbed her gum too, and a hold-and-win round fired inside the free spins.

The hold-and-win locked a couple of small prize symbols before the attempts ran out, closing at 22x my bet. The free spins added another 25x on top, for a total of around 47x my bet for the whole chain. The Green Sloth never got his cigar.

Overall, the slot's pace is its whole pitch, so getting frustrated about a quiet round kind of misses the point. The base game was solid, but the bonuses fell short of my expectations. Nevertheless, the visuals and the theme definitely left some impression on me, so I might join these laid-back fellows one more time.
