Great for players who like control
I enjoyed the shift away from reels. You actually decide when to stop and how risky to go. Hit the bonus chest twice in 20 mins—landed Minor both times but still felt fair. It might be stressful for some though.

decent run, but not that exciting
Gold Mine Hunter is like gambling Minesweeper. You feel every click, which is cool, but it gets repetitive fast. I usually go with 4 mines and cashed out at 5x this round for $51.50. Not bad, just wish the bonus hit more often.

How To Play Gold Mine Hunter
Step 1
CHOOSE YOUR BET.
Press the arrows around the default "bet" amount displayed below the grid to decrease or increase it.
Step 2
SET THE NUMBER OF MINES.
Right under the "bet" adjustment panel, you will spot the number of mines. Use the arrows flanking it to set how many mines you want hidden on the grid. Fewer mines make it easier to uncover gold, while more mines increase the risk but also raise potential multipliers.
Step 3
ENTER THE ACTION!
When ready, press the green "Start" button at the bottom of the screen to start a round. The tiles will flip to purple as you click the "Start" button. These tiles hide gold coins, mines, and sometimes a bonus chest. Each safe tile you uncover raises your multiplier, but hitting a mine ends the round instantly. Click on one after another tile to uncover the reward or mine beneath it.
Step 4
CASH OUT YOUR WINNINGS.
At any point during the round, you can press the "CashOut" button that appears at the bottom of the grid to secure any amount you won so far. If you don’t cash out and hit a mine, the round ends with no winnings.
Step 5
USE RANDOM SELECTION.
To speed things up, you can press the "Random" button at the bottom right. This makes the system automatically reveal tiles for you instead of choosing them manually.
Step 6
ENABLE AUTOPLAY.
For continuous rounds, click the yellow "Auto" button next to the "Start" button. A menu will open, letting you set how many rounds to play automatically. You can trigger 10, 30, 50, or 100 automatic rounds.
