Coin Craze PowerUp: Charge Up Coins and Cash Out Up to 8,000x Wins

Coin Craze PowerUp by Mancala Gaming throws away paylines entirely and instead revolves around collecting coins, charging up symbol spots, and waiting for the game to cash you out. With jackpots climbing to 8,000x your bet and unusual collector mechanics replacing traditional slot wins, it certainly stands out from the crowd. Let's see whether that gamble pays off below.

The game uses a 5x3 grid with no paylines whatsoever, meaning every spin revolves around special symbols rather than regular combinations. Jackpot and coin symbols appeared constantly throughout my session, but they don't pay immediately. Instead, you need the Claim Win feature to appear. Once active, it collects every coin and jackpot that lands on its position before paying anywhere between 10% and 200% of the accumulated value when its countdown reaches zero.

Don't be fooled by the flashy percentages either. That advertised 10% to 200% payout simply means you receive between 0.10x and 2x of every collected coin value.

During my own session, the first 20 spins passed without seeing a single Claim Win symbol. When one finally appeared, it spent another 15 spins gathering coin values before cashing out. By the end, it had collected roughly 6x my bet, while a lucky 130% payout modifier converted that into a 7.80x win. Most of my payouts ranged from 5x to 20x returns, depending on how many charged spaces filled and what payout percentage was shown at the end.

The rarer Collector symbol works similarly, gathering values from multiple positions before paying them out in a single payout. I only saw it once during my session, but it produced a respectable 40x win that easily outperformed most of the standard Claim Win payouts.

Coin Craze PowerUp definitely deserves credit for trying something different. The collector mechanics create genuine anticipation on every spin, but the long wait between meaningful payouts can also be frustrating. If you enjoy unconventional slot mechanics and don't mind the grind, there's fun to be had here, although the low 95% RTP and slow pacing are a turnoff.
