End of Us Zombie Respin: Rain, Ruins, and Retriggering Wilds

First and foremost, End of Us Zombie Respin has one of the most memorable cover graphics I’ve seen so far. A punk rock zombie glowing radioactive green in the rain, abandoned cars, barbed wire, and you have a post-apocalyptic movie. Expanding wilds, sticky respins, and wins that pay both ways make up the foundation of mechanics.

Behind that chain-link fence sits a 3x5 grid with 10 paylines that pay both ways, so matching symbols can connect from either direction. RTP comes in at a solid 96.05%. The symbols stay true to the theme with biohazard crates, toxic barrels, armored police trucks, bloody knives, and cracked skulls scattered across the reels. 

That green-eyed zombie from the cover acts as the wild and, interestingly, only appears on the middle three reels.

When a wild lands, it expands to cover the entire reel and locks in place for a respin. If another wild shows up during that respin, it does the same thing, and the chain continues until a respin comes up empty. Simple concept, but watching the main character symbols stack up one after another feels genuinely satisfying when it happens.

My base game stayed quiet, honestly. And only a few spins in, I figured that stronger payouts are the only thing missing in this title by TopSpin. 

Returns of 0.5x to 1.5x popped up here and there, but nothing to write home about. The real action came when that first wild finally expanded on reel 3, triggered a respin, and pulled in another wild on reel 4. Both locked, both glowing, and 6x win landed in my pocket. 

A few spins later, same story, this time for 8x my wager. Those two moments explained exactly why "Respin" made it into the title, but soon after these came the end of me.

Overall, this slot looks great, plays simply, and I hope those wild chains can really do some “damage”. Another session is already on my mind.
