iSpy Slot Review & Free Play

iSpy by TopSpin Games: Pick Your Syndicate and Chase Wild Multipliers Up to 100x

iSpy makes you pick a side before the reels even move, and the split turns out to be real, not just a skin. I played both to find if up to 100x expanding wild multipliers, and free spins are enough to get you close to the 15,000x win limit.

The base game plays out on a 5x5 grid with 15 fixed paylines. Standard wilds land on every reel and cover anything except scatters and the expanding wild multipliers. Scatters only show up on reels 1, 3, and 5, and you need three of them to get into a bonus round.

Crimson Syndicate paid out often but never managed to exceed 5x my stake. Sapphire Syndicate paid a lot less frequently, but every single hit landed at 20x or better, wild multiplier or not.

The Expanding Wild Multiplier is the star of the show here. Land one in a winning combo, and it stretches across its entire reel, then reveals a multiplier between 2x and 100x, applied to every win tied to it.

Three scatters send you into 10 free spins in your chosen mode, and any expanding wild that lands mid-round stays locked for the rest of it. I turned on Bonus Boost, which bumps your bet 50% in exchange for more scatters showing up on screen.

It delivered in less than 50 spins, and I hit a Super Bonus Game on Sapphire, which guarantees a wild multiplier. Then I landed three regular bonus rounds across the next 100 spins and made between 21x to 88x returns, which was quite the range.

If you want the syndicate choice without grinding for scatters, you can buy in directly: 75x for Crimson’s bonus, 150x for Sapphire’s, or 300x for the Sapphire Super Bonus with a guaranteed wild on your first free spin.

My time with iSpy by TopSpin Games turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise. The wild symbols can make or break your round though, so if you’re okay with high volatility swings, the iSpy slot can be fun for long sessions.
