Forbidden Dragons by WMS takes you into a world of legendary beasts with yin-yang wilds that increase your chances of forming multiple-win combos. The coiled golden dragon can also award you up to 20 free spins to land more wins. Here’s my thought on this one.

The slot features a main 4x5 grid and a colossal 12x5 grid, which combine to give you 100 paylines. You get to see Chinese characters like an Emperor, Empress, yin yang, and dragons of various kinds combining to form wins. During my session, I landed payouts ranging from 0.4x to 5x every 4 to 5 spins in the base game.

A stacked wild transfer feature occurs in the base game to improve the rather low payouts. Whenever stacked wilds cover a full reel on the main grid, they transfer to fill up the same reel on the colossal grid. This feature helped me land six big payouts ranging from 7.6x to 24x in over 40 minutes, which made small contributions to my overall wins.

The highlight of my session was a surprising 50x stake payout awarded when I landed over 15 combos with the Empress symbol. This win covered up the losses and left a profit on my balance.

Unfortunately, the free spins bonus was never triggered during my gameplay. I had to depend on payouts from the base game, which were not too impressive. Worth playing if you can afford the risk

The Colossal Reels feature in Forbidden Dragons really makes the game stand out. I was lucky enough to trigger the free spins and hit some nice multipliers. It's definitely a game for those who can handle the ups and downs, but the potential for big wins is worth it.

Not worth the frustration.

This game looks good, but that’s about it. The high volatility is a big joke,I burned through my balance without much to show for it. Even when I finally triggered the free spins, the payout was disappointing.

Can be fun

This game's got a cool vibe, love the chinese theme!But man, it can be brutal.I went through a lot of dead spins before anything decent hit. The free spins are sweet, but you gotta wait for them. not for the faint-hearted, but it's fun if you like the challenge
