Complete con and appalling customer… Complete con and appalling customer support I joined Rolletto.com earlier in the year and my first initial experience I thought the website was good. Then I won and made a withdrawal request for 750.00 Euros. This showed as being successful but five months after my initial withdrawal request, I have still not received the money owed even after exchanging what must be 60+ emails with their support, who frequently ignore any correspondence, submitting a complaint through a third party website and then three months ago submitting the complaint through Curacao Egaming commission who have at no point assisted to resolve the matter. I also had three deposits taken from my account and never credited to my balance which also never got resolved. This company is unscrupulous and the customer support is appalling. I have never experienced anything like it so please, please avoid this site at all costs. They will take your money but the minute there is any problem, they will either ignore you or just fob you off. I have been pursuing them about this matter for five months and have still not received my money despite sending every bit of proof ever requested. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Overall very good. Friendly chat support, good choice of games, and just received my first payout very fast. The only issue is a deposit I made which did not reach my casino account, I’ve been assured it’s being looked at, but it’s been over a week now, a shame as otherwise very nice.
