BetSoft Triple Edge Poker Game Overview
If you’re after a poker game that’s straightforward and quick to play, we’ve got just the one for you. Triple Edge Poker from BetSoft is an exciting single-deck game that lets you play up to three hands at once - plus, there’s an optional side bet that can earn you even more money if you’re lucky enough.

How To Play The Triple Edge Poker Game
Triple Deck Poker is played with a single standard deck of 52 cards. The objective of the game is simple: if your hand ranks higher than the dealer’s, you win. You’re able to play one, two or three hands in one go, though the dealer always has just one. Once the cards have been dealt, no more cards are added to any of the hands in play, so there’s no swapping out cards in the hope of receiving better ones.

When you load Triple Edge Poker, you’ll see there are three betting areas on the table. Each one of these has two card spaces: one that says ‘ANTE’ and another that says ‘CALL’. Above these two is a circular space with a plus sign in the middle and ‘PAIRPLUS PAIRPLUS’ going across the top. For every hand, you want to bet on, click on an ‘ANTE’ card space and choose an assortment of betting chips to make up your ante bet. The chips come in the following values: 1.00, 5.00, 25.00, 100.00 and 500.00. You can use them to place bets of any amount up to 100 on any number of hands as you like.

Once you’ve placed your bets, hit ‘DEAL’. Each hand that you’ve bet on will be dealt three face-up cards, while the dealer will receive three face-down cards. The ranking of your hand will be clearly displayed for you to see. For example, if you have a 3-7-7, the word ‘PAIR’ will be seen above the cards.

Now you have a decision to make. For each hand, you can either fold or ride. Should you fold, you’ll lose your ante bet for that particular hand. If you decide to ride, a call bet equal in size to your ante bet for that particular hand will be placed.

For the dealer to take you on, the dealer’s hand has to have a queen or higher. If the dealer qualifies, you win if you have a better three-card poker hand than the dealer. Should you win, both your ante and call bets both pay out at 1:1. Should the dealer win, you lose both your ante and call bets.

If the dealer doesn’t qualify, your ante bet pays 1:1 and your call bet is returned to you. Should the game result in a tie (i.e. you ride and both you and the dealer have hands of the same ranking), both your ante and call bets are returned to you.

Getting certain combinations rewards you with an ante bonus payout. You receive this payout for getting a straight flush, a three of a kind or a straight regardless of the game’s outcome. The payouts for these are listed below:

  • Straight Flush - 5:1
  • Three of a Kind - 4:1
  • Straight - 1:1

  • Straight Flush - 40:1
  • Three of a Kind - 30:1
  • Straight - 6:1
  • Flush - 4:1
