Cup Carnival: Let’s Start the Match!

Many players love slots that offer sports themes and enjoyable gambling sessions. Since I like sports too, I wanted to play a game that could offer such an experience. The Cup Carnival was one of the games in my checklist and I immediately picked it to see how good it was. And now I would like to share with you my opinion and tell if it is worth the attention.

This slot machine has a sports theme and one would suggest that it would bring great sports excitement. What was the first thing that I noticed once I launched the game, though, was how mediocre the graphic design was.

Unfortunately, in terms of graphic quality, this slot could be really put somewhere in the last positions. All I had in front of me was an extremely simple 5x3 grid that was put on an even simpler purple background. There were no other design elements that could help the overall look a bit better.

Although some of the symbols were themed, still they were far from appealing. Besides, there were more classic-looking symbols such as letters and numbers rather than sports-themed ones. 

At least the game offered free spins, and the total amount that I could trigger was 25, which was not bad at all. During the spins, I was able to benefit from some winning combos. However, during the base game, the right combinations would hit the reels rather rarely.

This is why I decided to use the Autoplay function while waiting for the right symbols to land on the grid. The game did not offer any special multipliers, which was something I think would make the gameplay more engaging and would compensate for other drawbacks.

In my opinion, for those who love sports-themed slots, Cup Carnival will be more or less a temporary option before another way more exciting slot.
