Noughts Crosses: The Tic-Tac-Toe of Scratch Card Games
Victor Catalin rated this game:
2.5 out of 5
Noughts and Crosses is a simple and easy-to-play scratch card game. The game is based on the classic game of tic-tac-toe. To play, simply scratch off the nine symbols on the card. If you reveal three of the same symbol in a row, column, or diagonal, you win a prize. The prize amount depends on the symbol that you match.
One thing that I've noticed is that the game is somewhat inconsistent. I know that by nature, randomness should be part of the experience, but I sometimes had long periods of no wins, while other times I managed to get 4 winning rounds in a row. All in all, the game paid me decently, but not so much that I can praise it for this.
One of the things that I like most about Noughts and Crosses is that it's a very fast-paced game. It only takes 2 or 3 seconds to play a round, and that involves scratching off all of the symbols on the card and raking in the potential prizes . The advantage here is that you can play multiple games in a very short period of time.
The visuals are decent looking. Nothing over the top, but the interface is intuitive and the game itself is very easy to play. Some people, myself included, like that. Unfortunately, it doesn’t include any special feature, and the paytable itself is not present on the screen at all, like I’ve seen with many games in this category, though you can find it in the menus of the game, which is good.
- Easy to play and understand
- Simple graphics
- No special feature included
- Can become monotonous easily
