Only nice-themed music would help complete the nice atmosphere since the sound effects were rather unmatched.

As soon as the gameplay started, I was able to enjoy some winning combos. If I have to be honest, they did not appear as often as in other slots, but at least the rewards were generous enough. I had the chance to keep my bankroll steady and enjoy a longer session.

What was interesting in this game were the responses that were available once the corresponding symbols appeared. Then, 3 responses could be triggered. Moreover, once the Nurse symbol appeared in combination with the other symbols, the respins would be reset. This could offer me the chance to benefit from more rewards.

However, the game did not offer some features that many other slots offer. For instance, I could not benefit from special multipliers or a separate Bonus Game. In my opinion, these are features that would make the Dr Feelgood gameplay a bit more engaging.
