The ancient Egyptian theme has been used in so many slots. In this game, you’ll be joining two explorers as they search for fortunes buried with the Pharaoh. Two cartoonishly drawn pyramids stand in the background, with a river flowing between them. Palm trees also decorate the backdrop of the game. There’s also a treasure chest overflowing with gold coins, and this adds an appetite for big rewards. 

I also found the soundtrack of the game quite fitting. It brings out the Egyptian and explorer themes of the game. 

Apart from the standard card symbols, the rest are inspired by Ancient Egyptian culture. The golden scarab beetle is the wild, and it made numerous appearances during my gameplay. I was always happy to see the wild symbol as it completes winning combinations. The only icon it can’t replace is the bonus symbol. 

Eye of the Amulet awards bonuses through the bonus wheel. It’s triggered by the bonus symbol, and you’ll have to spin the wheel to see the reward you’ll get. This could be a multiplier, extra wild, or free spins. I mostly landed on the multiplier bonus and found it quite lucrative.

You’ll be awarded 5 to 15 extra spins depending on the number of bonus symbols you got. Keep in mind that this bonus can be retriggered. Cross your fingers during this bonus since this is where the biggest wins lie. 

To sum up, I can say that Eye of the Amulet was one of the best Egyptian-themed slots I’ve played so far. It has excellent graphics and drew me in with its soundtrack. But the best thing about the game is that it has lucrative bonuses. The free spins and multipliers especially helped to boost my wins.
