For me, it’s no surprise that the sport has become a favorite theme for slot developers. This game is set in a soccer stadium. The reels are housed between the goal posts, and all the symbols featured are related to the sport. I found the artwork in the game quite impressive. However, the soundtrack was clearly a miss as it’s generic. 

I found this game extremely easy to play. It has only five paylines, and these are fixed. To start playing, I only need to set my bet and spin the reels (using the spacebar). For an even more convenient playing experience, I used the auto-play button. Just keep in mind that you can’t add win or loss limits. 

I can say that Gold Cup is very light on features. The fact that there are no free spins or bonus games makes it very hard to make big wins in the game. One thing I liked is the wild. It’s able to expand and cover the entire reel, almost guaranteeing a win. 

I also used the gamble feature occasionally. The good thing with this feature is that I was not required to gamble my entire prize. Instead, I was able to collect half the reward and gamble the rest. The feature is available as a ladder gamble or card game. Each of these options will give a 50/50 chance of winning, so you don’t need to think too hard when picking one. 

In summary, Gold Cup is easy to play but doesn’t have many useful features. The things I liked best in the game are the expanding wild card and gamble feature. The artwork was also quite good.
