My first few spins in this title led me down the 5x4 grid with 50 fixed paylines and medium volatility. Wins were a bit scarce at first but slowly built up steam into getting me between 0.15x to 3.35x returns every 3 to 5 bets. Thanks to the random Shake the Rainbow mechanic, some bets would result in an 8x to 12x win from time to time which helped me conserve my bankroll. 

This is where mobile players have a choice, shaking your device can also start the feature after triggering it which is a good example of interactive gameplay that we need more of in slot gaming. 

Finally, the free spins feature is relatively easy to trigger and can be achieved by landing coins with a “+” mark during the Shake the Rainbow feature. Ultimately, Shake Shake Leprechaun remains a headscratcher for me. The base game was quite unprofitable with low and infrequent wins but the two different features make up for it by a small margin. I would recommend playing it for free but betting real money on it feels far too risky.
