Night City: Head to the Disco for a Chance to Get Re-Triggerable Free Spins With Increasing Multipliers

Tada Gaming has decided to show us a glimpse of the future with the Night City slot game showcasing a futuristic neon-lit Asian city where the party never stops. In fact, adding to the party theme we have expanding wilds, re-triggerable free spins with up to 3x multipliers, and fireworks for landing symbol combinations. 

Night City looks and feels alive with flickering lights and tall skyscrapers covering up the entire 5x3 grid. There are 243 fixed paylines and medium-high volatility which make wins both easy to trigger and relatively big in amount. The attention to detail is quite stark as every symbol combination you land brings up fireworks on the screen. 

Although a lively theme, I didn’t particularly like the background music which was a super short loop that is cut midway and repeats for the rest of the game. Coming to the gameplay itself, spinning the reels was quite fun and I was getting wins roughly every 2 to 4 spins with the payouts mostly being around the 2x mark. 

There were a few outliers where some wins would be super low at just 0.20x my bet and some as high as 4x my bet, but they remained quite rare. Special wilds expand out vertically to cover one extra space on four sides of themselves to make symbol combinations easier. Although a fun addition that can potentially be very profitable, it is quite rare and I didn't find it to be all that impactful on my playthrough. 

There is also a free spins bonus but it is even harder to land as it takes between 5 to 7 Disco ball scatter symbols to trigger. After I triggered it, I was quite happy to see 10 spins accompanied by increasing multipliers per round but the wins remained very low at a measly 1.64x my bet which was very disappointing. 

I wouldn’t recommend playing the Night City slot game because it feels rushed and its bonus features leave a lot to be desired. That said, the free demo above might be worth a try if you want something simple to play with a fun theme and decent symbol payouts.
