Pot o Pumpkins Slot Review

Pot o Pumpkins: Drop Candy Into Jack o Lanterns For Fixed and Progressive Jackpots

Spooky scary pumpkins are stitching up monster parts to make potions in the Pot o Pumpkins slot by Amusnet Interactive. Inside this graveyard, you can dig up expanding wild symbols, a hold and win bonus game with four fixed jackpots, and the signature progressive jackpots that Amusnet slots carry. Ready for the Halloween build-up?

Starry skies and ominous purple fog wrap around the five-reel and three-row grid here alongside 20 paylines. The symbol pays are nothing out of the ordinary, starting at 0.50x for lower-paying cards and going up to 40x for the cauldron full of sweets. In my experience, most winning combos brought 0.50x to 2x returns off of lower-paying symbols, but they took up to 12 spins at times.

To cut down on the time to win, you’ve got wild symbols that can land on the second, third, and fourth reels. When it lands, it also expands to cover the entire row, which is how I managed to save my bankroll. I made 3x to 8x payouts off of these wilds, the higher end usually reserved for double wilds dropping on adjacent reels.

On a similar note, you’ve also got a gamble feature which can be opted into as long as your win doesn’t cross past 35x the stake. It’s a simple enough mini-game where you have an upside-down card, and you must pick if it will reveal a black or a red card when facing up.

Throughout the base game, I was collecting candy symbols which were being absorbed by one of the three jack o' lanterns to the left of the grid. On one random spin, a green candy activated the hold and spin bonus with the green pumpkin feature activated, which doubles the grid size. The respins that followed were pretty tame, with 1x to 5x coins dropping, but when I filled up a row, it got collected into a separate prize pot, letting me drop more coins up to an 81x payout.

There are two types of jackpots, the fixed ones go up to 500x your bet and can land during the bonus game. The progressive ones just hit randomly and were my main reason to avoid Amusnet slots, but with fixed jackpots introduced, I am more than happy to recommend this new entry. That free Pot o Pumpkins slot demo won’t spin itself, and if you want to take it up a notch, we’ve got the latest casino featuring bonuses for this and many other Amusnet slots below.
