Mini Roulette: Spin the Wheel and Wait for a 2x Multiplier Feature

CQ9 Gaming keeps an all-around library of different game types, and this time we're stepping away from the reels to explore a classic Mini Roulette table. 

You've got a small wheel, numbers 1 through 12 plus a single zero, and you drop chips on whatever you fancy before the spin. Back one number outright for the biggest payout, straddle two, cover a row, a corner, a color, or a block of six, then send the wheel off and see where the ball settles. The fewer numbers you cover, the more it pays.

Since I’ve never had a strict strategy when playing roulette, I always just pick numbers randomly and never forget zero; that one's in every combo I put down. 

This time, that habit paid off more than usual, with zero and 7 landing back to back on a five-chip spread. From the get-go, the street that covered zero paid 3x, and the straight-up 7 returned 11x my chip before the wheel cooled off for a longer stretch.

Fixed bets such as red, black, the column, and the half dozen offered a safer route, though the lower returns never really held my attention for long.

The rest was me exploring a few different angles, like a split across 8 and 11 for 5x, a street down 1-2-3 for 3x, or the odd punt on red at even money, but returns were weak, if any.

What livened things up a bit was the Random Multiple. Now and then, a blue token turns up with the result to double that bet's odds, and it surfaced just often enough to keep me waiting for it. My best of the session was a straight-up chip on seven, caught the token, and paid double the usual 11x, landing 22x my stake in one drop.

On the visual side, it's just roulette, nothing really stood out. The multiplier feature, on the other hand, is a strong and rare edition. Overall, the session was one of those that could make me sit for hours with friends, but that's all a matter of luck.
