I Hate Fairytales: A Creative Slot That Reimagines Classic Characters

When I found out there was a slot called I Hate Fairytales, I knew I would enjoy playing it. While I’m not against fairytales myself, I always enjoy coming across casino games that take a common theme and do something different with them. In this slot, three princesses are given a makeover and there are things like partly-eaten cupcakes, unicorns farting rainbows, and teddy bears with stuffing coming out of them.

I was a big fan of the slot’s theme and thought the gameplay was great too. The base game had 1,024 ways to win on every spin, with each of the three princesses having a special feature that could trigger on any spin. The Snow Wild one, which added wilds to random positions, came into play the most often.

The other two also triggered a few times. I liked the Rapunsell one which increased some reels; the Aria one that added a wild reel was also good, especially since it gave me a 36x win!

The slot has two bonus rounds: a free spins feature and the Smash Bonus mini-game. Both of these could be bought, so I decided to purchase each of them to see what they were like. I paid 150x my bet for the free spins round and ended up winning 117x. It was a loss, but I enjoyed it, especially since it had a bigger grid (7,776 ways to win) and the princess features triggered more often.

As for the Smash Bonus, this was a simple game where I had to click to smash various characters with a hammer. The cost was 27x my bet, and the first time I played it, I only won 10x. However, the second time I gave it a try, I was more successful as I won 50x.

I was very impressed with I Hate Fairytales and thought it was a fantastic slot. The gameplay was fun and the features were cool, especially the ones involving the princesses. If you’re after a slot that’s got a lot going on and has a unique theme, definitely give this one a go!
