Wonder Farm Bonus Buy: Help Dorothy With Her Chores Around the Homestead

Enjoy the countryside and help Dorothy, an expanding wild that transforms symbols, with everyday duties on her homestead in Wonder Farm Bonus Buy by Evoplay. As a grumpy cat still susses you out from above the 5x4 grid, you’ll be chasing a hold-and-win bonus. Inside, prizes go up to 100x the stake, and wins over 3,400x your bet.

My base game was really me still learning the ropes, with wins every three to eight spins between only 0.2x and 1x my bet. Those were mostly from royals, while farm animals can go up to 120x your bet for five of a kind with the highest-paying cow.

Whenever any part of Dorothy lands on the first reel, she takes all four of its rows. She then turns the most common royal on the other reels into one farm animal, and the cheaper royal gets picked in a tie. She helped me form a few strong combos, the highest totaling 26.5x my bet, and none going below 3x.

It seemed impossible to land eight bonus tornadoes in my session, but that’s exactly what you need to trigger the hold and win bonus round. Inside, you get three initial spins, where only other bonus symbols and pies land, and new tornadoes reset the count until three spins pass empty.

Pies here work like coins in the usual hold and win bonuses, and carry values up to 100x your bet. Bonus tornadoes, on the other hand, turn into pies with random values at the end of the spin they land on.

I never landed more than six, so I invested 36x my bet in the bonus buy. Tornadoes work as collectors, so new ones pay out the sum of all pies on the grid. I landed only one on the first spin, so my round ended in a measly 8x my bet.

Overall, I like the bright and calming scenery, and the wild feature is a really strong one. It’s a shame neither the base nor the bonus game worked in my favor this time.
