Among the four modifiers, the instant multipliers felt like the best overall, they usually multiplied cash prizes by 1.5x to 2x, and can go up to 5x. This feature also helped me make the biggest win of the session worth a clean 45x my bet. 

Overall, Rich Route Express is one of those slots that keeps hinting at something better without ever committing to it. If the bonus hits right, it probably carries the whole experience, but getting there felt like more effort than it was worth.
