Angry Dogs: Find the Golden Pitbull Carrying Multipliers up to 2,500x Your Bet!

The mean streets and alleyways of GameArt’s Angry Dogs might not be everybody’s cup of tea but the mystery symbols, up to 2,500x bet multipliers, and unlimited free spins sure make it one of the most feature-rich slot titles out there. 

The base game of Angry Dogs starts by giving you 5 reels and 4 rows with 25 paylines and high volatility. Although the standard mechanics make sure wins occur every 2 to 5 spins, the low symbol pays mean that most wins come between 0.40x to 1.20x your bet, from my experience. 

The highest win I got with regular spins at the base game without any features triggering was just shy of 6x my bet which is a formidable win. However, it was so rare that it hardly made a difference the two or three times that I triggered it. 

This is where I should mention the Mystery Doghouse symbol that drops frequently down the reels. It can drop in a stack of 4 symbols and randomly reveal one of the paying symbols or a golden bulldog symbol. The golden bulldog triggers the much more impressive golden reveal feature where symbols can land either as a scatter or a bet multiplier up to 2,500x. 

During my playthrough, I was able to trigger symbol reveals quite frequently but the golden reveal only came through a couple of times getting me wins between 15x to 20x my bet. 

Coming to the bonus game, the Beware of Dogs feature gives you a technically unlimited number of free spins with additional multipliers. When you land 3 or more scatters, you trigger the feature with a small poster-picking mini-game that awards you between 1x to 10x multipliers. 

You also get two stacks of the Mystery Doghouse symbols that keep going down with each spin. You can land additional stacks throughout the game and the feature ends once you have no more Mystery Doghouse symbols on the reels. 

This is the biggest money-making feature of the slot and after triggering it a bunch of times, I can say wins between 55x to 88x your bet are pretty common. With a few extra stacks of mystery symbols and a little luck, I was able to win a massive 176.80x win which was mind-blowing! 

In short, Angry Dogs by GameArt has both style and substance. The action-packed comic strips and smooth animations make the overall presentation absolutely gorgeous and the big wins in the bonus game make it profitable too!
