When I started playing Money Farm West, I was impressed by the theming and design. As the slot’s name suggests, it’s all about a farm that’s out in the West. The soundtrack combines country-style music with the sounds of various farm animals.

As for the gameplay, it was enjoyable enough, though I didn’t like the fact that there were just five paylines. During the base game, payouts didn’t come around that often. I still got a few decent wins of 10x and 5x, but could have won more frequently if there had been more paylines in play. 

Thankfully, the free spins round helped me turn my session around quite significantly. There was the option to buy free spins, and I decided to purchase five for the cost of 50x my bet. The round came with the added bonus of golden egg symbols. Each of these awarded a payout equal to the winning combination created by the triggering wild.

After buying the feature, one wild landed in a winning combination that was worth 20x. This meant that each golden egg that appeared in free spins paid me 20x too. Several of these appeared during free spins, helping me end the feature with a 100x payout.

I was very pleased with how the round went, especially since I earned double the amount I’d paid to play it. I liked the way the golden egg feature worked and was glad that the symbol appeared a few times.
