Indigo Magic’s Diamond Desire Deluxe brings back simple gameplay and beloved features in a shiny new package covered in gold. Although the slot looked generic at first, I was quite interested to see what the wild multipliers and free spins present inside had to offer me. 

Fruits, lucky horseshoes, diamonds, and 7s make up the symbols inside this 5x3 grid slot with 15 paylines to go along with them. Spinning the reels was quite the show as the animations for winning combinations were a delight to watch. However, the wins I was making in the base game were a bit lower than expected. 

During the first half of my playthrough, most of my symbol combinations were dominated by low-paying fruit symbols, which rarely yielded more than 0.60x my bet. Even with the occasional 2x wild multipliers, I seldom surpassed 1x my bet. With wins cropping up every 2 to 5 spins on average, my bankroll was slowly but surely being drained.

Some symbol combinations would help me slow down the losses in the base game with the BAR symbols coming to my rescue a few times getting me up to 7.40x returns. That being said, these payouts were very rare and didn’t change the overall trajectory of my playthrough. 

Bonus symbols were very common on the first and third reel but I needed one to land on the fifth reel as well to get to the free spins feature. It took me quite a while but I managed to get 10 spins with a neat 3x multiplier, netting me a decent 25x win from the round. Although decent, it didn’t help me recover my losses throughout the session which is why I won’t be recommending the Diamond Desire Deluxe slot game.
