From the opening bell to the final round, my balance took some serious punches. The gaps between hits in the base game stretched well past 10 spins. When they did end up landing, returns struggled to break the 1x to 2x range.

There were signs of a comeback though. A solid win of 11x the stake came from the Red Fighter connecting across the ring with a Wild assist, but it felt like a jab when I needed a hook. The Scatters never lined up, so the combo multiplier and extended Wilds stayed out of reach the entire session.

During Free Spins, winning symbols vanish and new ones drop in to replace them. If the replacements form another win on the same spin, the combo multiplier kicks in at x2 and keeps climbing through x3, x5, x6, all the way to x8 if you chain six or more consecutive wins in a row. One miss resets it back to x2. 

Three or more Scatters ring the bell for 8, 12, or 20 Free Spins, and landing Free Spin symbols during the round adds extra rounds with no limit. The Wild covers reels 3 and 4 in the base game but expands to reels 2 through 5 during Free Spins, giving the combos more room to connect.

My conditioning failed me this time, and I lacked the stamina to go the distance and put down tougher opponents. Still, the idea is unique, cascading combo system has real knockout potential in the right round. The crowd from this Belator-themed arena will see me in the ring at least one more time.
