Scratch and Win: Scratch It, Match It, Win It!
Leona Melvin rated this game:
3.5 out of 5
Scratch and Win is among the simplest online casino games I’ve ever seen. The design of the game is bland and basic. Its background is blue, but white stripes tend towards a point at the center top of the screen. The two star numbers are included at the top of the screen. Like all the other numbers, these are held within golden stars. Aside from the artwork, I liked the calming soundtrack. It’s definitely something that could be played to set the mood in a high-end restaurant.
What I liked most about the game is its simple gameplay. Just click the settings button in the bottom right corner to set your bet (press the plus or minus options). The only other setting included here is the soundtrack. You can either turn it on or off.
Once you’ve chosen your bet size, you can go ahead and scratch the stars using your pointer. I found this a generally unpleasant job, considering there’s a total of 10 cards to scratch. But you don’t even have to do it manually. Instead, you can click the ‘Scratch All’ button in the upper right corner. If any of the 8 cards match your star numbers, you’ll win a prize. A little congratulatory sound will play to indicate that you’ve won.
Prizes in the game are quite high, going up to 1000X. However, landing a big win was extremely difficult in my experience.
Overall, I found Scratch and Win nice to play in between slot games and table games. It’s very simply designed and doesn’t offer much excitement. The background is plain, but the relaxing soundtrack helps to create a posh gaming experience. Game sessions are also completed in a second.
- Nice relaxing soundtrack
- High payouts
- Simple and quick gameplay
- Basic artwork
