Coastal Express Cash Blast is a well-presented slot whose premise is that you’re about to set off on an exciting train journey. The graphics are pleasant and the symbols all have animations when you win with them, which is a nice touch. The soundtrack is easy on the ears too.

The highlights are the free spins round and the Cash Blast respin feature. During my playthrough, I got to play the free spins round no fewer than three times. My payouts from it were 9x, 22x, and 49x my bet.

What I liked about the round was that there were extra wilds on the reels and all payouts were doubled. The third time I played it, I was extra lucky because there were some spins with quite large wins that were created by wilds.

As for the Cash Blast respin feature, unfortunately this didn’t trigger for me. It came close to launching, as there were several spins where a few train scatters landed. Even so, getting to play the free spins round three times made up for it, in my opinion.

There were a decent number of paylines (25) and wins came around quite often. During the base game, payouts were usually around the size of my bet or smaller, though there were a few that were several times my bet.

All in all, I thought Coastal Express Cash Blast was a perfectly good slot to play. I liked the free spins enhancers and the overall design of the slot. It was just a shame I didn’t get to play the Cash Blast respin round. Hopefully next time!
