Football Tap by Onlyplay is a football-themed tap game that brings the thrill of scoring goals into a fast-paced instant win format. The game sets you on a crowded pitch where the ball must beat a nimble goalkeeper. Each spin is a chance to fire off a shot, and if the net rattles, payouts follow. The base game is very simple. You choose your stake between 0.50 and 50, then tap the ball to take a shot. There are three outcomes. The ball can miss, be saved, or go into the net. Landing a goal awards a random multiplier. Most of my results landed between 3x and 5x my bet, and while goals did not arrive often, they gave some pretty solid returns when they did. 

Some returns went as high as 12x my bet, but they were not very common. While these returns definitely kept me afloat, they weren’t enough to make me a profit on their own. 

The Free Taps feature is the most rewarding. It can trigger at random and brings a set of free shots along with a multiplier that boosts every win. Multipliers can climb to 7x, making even smaller wins worth more. Alongside this, there are three fixed jackpots that can land during play. They award 50x, 200x, or up to 1000x your stake. I only got to this round once and made a clean 29x payout from it. 

There is also a Bonus Buy option that makes Free Taps easier to trigger or unlocks it instantly for 100x the stake. This adds more control to a game that is otherwise based on quick luck. In my 200 rounds, I triggered Free Taps three times, with my highest return hitting 92x. Smaller multipliers filled most of the gaps between features.

Football Tap comes with a high max win and a fair RTP of 95 percent. While the hit rate can feel streaky, the game is smooth, mobile-friendly, and ideal for quick sessions. The mix of jackpots, multipliers, and free shots makes it more engaging than it first appears.
