Start as a measly deckhand and rise up to the rank of captain on a pirate ship in the Barbarossa Dragon Empire slot. Your ship lets you shoot cannonballs and chain double multipliers each time you land a shot, with a win potential of 40,000x your bet. Let me tell you more about my experience!

The game is structured in a five-reel and three-row configuration, with no fixed paylines, featuring cascading reels multipliers that increase continuously after each winning combination. There is an ammo chain at the bottom of the grid that serves as your best friend in a pirate ship firefight, with the possibility of triggering multiplier jumps, broken cannonballs that skip multipliers, and guaranteed wins with the golden ball.

This slot has a 96.57% above-average RTP with high volatility, and it shows. I got consistent wins every few tries, with basic payouts of 0.4x and 0.8x being lesser than higher ones, like 2x, up to 17x. While I haven't landed the scatters for the bonus free game, the golden bet ante up was really useful. For a 1.5x price from the base bet, I managed to trigger seven free spins multiple times, and it was worth it.

The free spins feature grants you seven tries with the cannonball multipliers, only going up from the start of the session, and are unresettable. I had a few good runs, my wins ranging from 158.5x to a staggering 295x, with the help of the golden balls, granting guaranteed wins.
