Sweet Alchemy 100: A Candy-Themed Slot with Some Interesting Features

Sweet Alchemy 100 is a Play’n GO slot based on three witches who live in a world full of candies. It looks great thanks to its high-quality visuals and animations. I was impressed with the slot when it loaded and was looking forward to playing it.

I liked how there was a cascade feature with a multiplier. Whenever I won, winning symbols would disappear and a multiplier would then increase, boosting my wins as I got more cascades. My only complaint about this was that whenever a cascade took place, no new symbols would appear. This was because one of the features required me to clear the grid (more details below), which I couldn’t do if new symbols kept appearing.

During my gaming session, the Trinity feature triggered three times. I won 11x, 7x, and 6x my bet from it. My wins were nothing spectacular, though given that I didn’t win much in the base game, they were welcome. Every time it came into play, I’d get a free round with each of the three witches performing her special ability. If I cleared the grid of symbols, I would get to play the main free spins round. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to do this, which was disappointing. Still, I came quite close to triggering it, so I know it’s not impossible to do.

One thing I did like was how often the Witch Powers came into play. It was random, but it happened often enough that I got to experience lots of bonuses from it. I particularly liked the Cherry one, which turned one type of symbol into another to help create a win.

Overall, I enjoyed playing Sweet Alchemy 100 and would happily give the slot another go. I didn’t get to play the free spins round, but I did get to see the slot’s other features in action, which were very good.
