Akn of Providence: Just Another Egyptian Themed Slot

I don’t know why I tend to associate the release game of a slot with quality, because it’s not always the case, and I experienced this with Akn of Providence. It’s not the worst slot ever made, but it has a long way to go for it to be great. Let’s start off with the visuals, where while they’re nice in quality, there are some aspects like the symbol design that left me unimpressed. The game revolves around the Egyptian theme, both visually and auditory. The sound design is not bad at all, and while the graphics are decent, I cannot go over the uninteresting symbol design.

The good part is that the interface is well structured, and all your important buttons are located on one side of the screen. From the bet selection, to the autoplay toggle and gamble feature. Speaking of features, there are some included with Akn of Providence, although, one of them is kinda bland. 

You can either trigger the Bonus Game manually, or buy the feature directly, using the special button on the screen, which is great. Now, if you manage to fill the entire board with money symbols during the bonus game, you trigger the Super Bonus game. For a feature so rare to get, I was a bit disappointed because it only multiplies the winning you get during the Bonus Game. 

All in all, my experience with the game was mixed. It has some nice amenities, but something about it feels off. If you decide to give it a try, remember to select your bet carefully, because there are some dangerously high values you can choose from.
