Aside from that, the five-reel, three-row grid runs on 96.33% RTP and low volatility. Your paytable goes triple diamonds at the top, followed by doubles and singles, then sevens, bells, and the usual royals at the bottom. No Wild, no Free Spins, no bonus of any kind. 

The only extra layer comes from the Star Scatter system, where Gold, Red, and Blue Stars land on reels one, three, and five. Three Gold pays 1,000x three Red 100x, three Blue 25x, and any mixed trio gives you 5x. That star alignment is the only path to the max win, and honestly, the only reason for me to keep spinning past the base game.

When I see that a slot displays low volatility and has 100 paylines, I expect frequent hits. That is what I got from Diamond Supernova 40. But in the 50 or so spins I played here, I never had even one combination from royals, and that says a lot. What else could I rely on?

The only decent hit was four double diamonds stretching across the first four reels on a handful of lines, which came back at about 12x my bet. One win, and then silence again.

Overall, Diamond Supernova 100 underdelivered. The slot has what it has, nothing groundbreaking, but I have played plenty of symbol-only games that nailed the presentation and returned much stronger numbers. This one missed the memo.
