Lotus Dynasty: Meet Kung FU Animals That Bring Sticky Reels and up to 2,000x Cascading Wins

Red Rake Gaming’s Lotus Dynasty is finally here and it takes us to Ancient China with a not so subtle Kung Fu Panda theme. The highlight of this entry is probably the InstaPrize panel that has wins up to 2,000x your bet and sticky wilds. Follow along as I tell you more about what to expect inside this game.

The first thing that caught my attention inside the game was the art style and graphics, the visuals are detailed and crisp with a touch of red all over. I really enjoyed the character design that is showcased on the 3x3 grid with 27 paylines. What I didn’t enjoy were the symbol payouts here. Even though they took only 2 to 3 spins to land, I was mostly getting between 0.08x to 0.48x returns. 

Believe it or not, the game also features cascading reels as symbols that form winning combinations are taken off the grid. New symbols take their place and in very rare cases, got me up to 2x returns on my bet. This made it clear that the base game wasn’t the highlight of this slot. 

The biggest feature here was definitely the InstaPrize panel on the left side of the reels which had instant cash rewards for landing symbol combos via cascades. I mostly made 1x returns off of the feature with a few going up to 5x my bet. One lucky trigger even got me up to 15x returns but I wasn’t able to get any higher during my playthrough. 

Getting three bonus symbols will trigger the free spins bonus game and it was by far the hardest feature to land apart from sticky wilds which require emptying an entire grid full of symbols. During the feature, the Instaprize was starting from 5 which meant landing just a single winning combo could get me a 5x win. This was very helpful as I only had 4 spins to test my luck which got me a total of 16x returns after the round was over. 

I had a great time with Lotus Dynasty by Red Rake Gaming. The software provider is known for delivering top-notch visuals, and they certainly did not disappoint here. I do think a few more features in the base game or some extra free spins could have brought out the game's true profitability, but as it stands, it is definitely a fun entry worth checking out!
