Book of Power by Relax Gaming: A Flashy Spin With Mixed Tricks

Alright, so I tried out this slot game called Book of Power by Relax Gaming. Gotta say, it's got a few things going for it, but there are some aspects that left me scratching my head. 

Let's start with the visuals. Nothing mind-blowing, to be honest. The graphics are okay, nothing too fancy. I mean, you got your typical Egyptian theme going on, with hieroglyphics and all that jazz. It's decent, but nothing to write home about. But enough of that, let’s get to the good parts, gameplay and features!

First off, the game is all about these Book symbols. There's a regular Book and a Power Book, both Wild and Scatter symbols. When you land a bunch of them, you can trigger Free Spins, which is where things supposedly get interesting.  During these Free Spins, they pick a special Expanding Symbol that covers whole reels and pays out in all directions. 

Sounds fancy, right? But honestly, it's a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes you get lucky and rack up some decent wins, but most of the time, it's just a lot of spinning with not much to show for it. Then there's this thing called Power Free Spins, where if you land the right combo of Book symbols, you get even more spins with an upgraded Expanding Symbol. Sounds promising, but in reality, it's just more of the same old song and dance.

I also saw another so-called feature, Hot Mode, which supposedly boosts your chances of winning big, but honestly, I couldn't tell much of a difference when it kicked in. Oh, and if you're feeling lazy, you can even buy your way into the features, but it's gonna cost you a pretty penny. Sometimes it paid off, sometimes I ended up with a hole in my bank account… So, I can’t give you any advice, if this option is worth it or not.

In the end, Book of Power left me with a meh feeling. It's got some flashy moves, but when you strip away the glitter, it's just another slot game with a few twists that might not be as exciting as they sound.
