The mechanics influencing the base game are fairly standard, I saw 5 reels, 3 rows, and 15 paylines among them with medium-high volatility. However, that all started to feel like jargon when it took me at most 2 to 3 spins to land winning combinations and sometimes they could come on consecutive spins. 

Most of the wins typically ranged between 0.33x to 1.66x returns on average, but the game really surprised me with payouts on multiple lines. With a line full of BAR symbols and just a few 7s, I managed to land a few rare wins up to 20x my bet! For the most part, these bigger wins started at 5.40x my bet helped me take care of the losses I suffered during lost spins. 

The first feature to look out for is the banner wild symbol which can randomly land on the fifth reel of the slot. This wild covers the entire reel and starts moving left ad offering a total of 5 re-spins until it is out of the playable grid. I was able to get two of them to land just a couple of spins apart and they got me 7 spins in total with an impressive 25.93x win. 

It takes 3 scatters to trigger the free spins bonus and it has the biggest potential for big wins in the game. It was also equally hard to trigger as scatter symbols are quite hard to land on the reels. However, when I managed to trigger the round I found that banner wilds were much easier to trigger, and if these wilds were near a scatter, a 5x multiplier could be activated. 

I started off with just 8 spins which felt like a small number for how hard the feature was to trigger but I landed 5 re-spins twice which got me plenty of spins to make wins with. By the time the round was done, I had made a significant 32.73x win without even getting a single multiplier. 

Going into Where the Wilds Are I wasn’t really expecting big wins. However, after wrapping up my playthrough, I can say it offers a solid gameplay loop with a relaxed art style and decent profit potential, especially with how often the re-spins trigger.
