Wild Cat: Reveal Mystery Cats For up to 500x Wins

Stray cats of all shapes and sizes inhabit the city streets of Spinmatic’s Wild Cat. With these cats come mystery symbols carrying multipliers up to 50x your bet and a win gamble mini game which can be played up to 5 times in a row. Let me tell you all about the game so you have an upper hand before playing it yourself. 

Wild Cat gives you a 4x3 grid with high volatility and no paylines. All you need to win is to land matching symbols on adjacent reels from left to right. Although the idea seems profitable, in reality, I was getting between 0.55x to 2.40x returns every 3 to 5 spins. 

Most of these wins would end up being less than the bet amount which in turn made the base game unprofitable unless you play the gamble mini-game regularly. The feature lets you choose between two stray cats which have an equal chance of appearing from under a cardboard box. 

With the gamble mini-game, I was able to boost the wins up to nearly 5x my bet with certain spins. Despite being fun to play, it is still going to be very hard to accurately predict the cat under the box. On average, I found that the black cat was more common than the orange one during my playthrough. 

The game does not come with any other bonus rounds except the mystery symbol multiplier. Landing 3 such symbol awards you a multiplier between 1x to 50x your bet whereas landing 4 of them can get you between 5x to 500x returns on your bet. 

I was able to land the 3 mystery symbols needed to activate the feature more than a couple of times but the wins remained subpar. Although mystery symbols land down the reels frequently, it is hard to get three or more of them to appear. 

As it stands, Wild Cat doesn’t quite have the winning potential I was hoping for. Although the gameplay is solid for the most part, I would have liked the inclusion of free spins or expanding symbols to make up for the little to no variation in gameplay. I would only advise playing it for fun and not trying it for real money.
