Flaming Fruit: Feeling Nostalgic for the Golden Slots Era?

Modern video slots can be a little overwhelming. They’re designed with complex rules, and keeping up with the symbols can be hard. If you long for the old classic fruit slots, you should consider playing Flaming Fruit.

I found the artwork in the game to be quite basic. The slot has non-realistic-looking fruits, as well as the usual Lucky 7 and BAR symbols. It’s even worse that the game doesn’t have a soundtrack. It only makes a rotating machine sound when you spin the reels. This was a big miss for me as it spoils the entire gaming experience. Still, you have to understand that Tom Horn Gaming was going for an old-school feel. 

As you would expect, the game is very easy to play. All you need to do is keep your finger on the spacebar as you spin the reels. Still a problem? Then use the autoplay button to automate up to 100 spins. The only issue I noted with this feature is that it doesn’t have a loss limit. That means you’ll have to keep your eyes on the game to determine when the auto-spins feature will stop. 

What really disappointed me in this game was the complete lack of bonuses. The developer didn’t add a free spins feature or bonus game, and this limits your potential winnings. 

That said, I was pleased with the gamble feature. It lets you double your wins after every winning spin. So, how does it work? All you need to do is predict whether the coin will land on the heads or tails side. Remember that it's an all-or-nothing feature.  

To sum up, this clearly wasn’t the best classic slot I’ve played, especially because of its poor design and artwork. I was also massively disappointed in the lack of bonuses.
