I Don't Want to Be a SlotsMate Member Anymore. Can I Delete My Account?

Yes, and it’s forever gone. The process runs through support rather than a button in your settings.

How to Delete Your Account

Send an email to support from the address tied to your SlotsMate account.

Our support email is support@slotsmate.com.

  1. Two things to include:
  2. Your SlotsMate username.

A clear "please delete my account" message.

We'll confirm the request, process the deletion, and email you when it's done. The whole thing usually takes a few business days.

Why Isn't There a Self-serve Delete Button?

Deletion is permanent. There's no recovery flow, no "are you sure?" undo button, no cooldown period that lets you change your mind. Once an account is gone, your username is free for someone else, your Gems are gone, and your leaderboard entries disappear.

We'd rather handle the request through a quick email exchange than risk somebody hitting a button by accident and losing years of history.

What We Keep (Briefly)

Some account data may be retained for a short period for legal and operational reasons. After that retention window, it's permanently deleted from our systems too.

If You Just Want a Break, Not a Deletion

You don't have to delete the account to step away. Log out and stay logged out. Your account stays put, your gems stay in your balance, your leaderboard rank rolls on without you, and everything waits for you to come back. No expiry, no cleanup.

If the emails are the problem, hit the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. That'll stop the inbox traffic without nuking the account.

If you're deleting because you're frustrated about something specific (a feature, a promo, a bug, a person on the leaderboard you can't stand), mention it in the email to support. We'd rather fix the thing than lose you.
