Asian Palace: Trigger Free Spins and Look Forward to High Multipliers

Asian Palace is a well-presented slot with detailed graphics, a fitting soundtrack, and good-quality visuals that bring its Asian theme to life. While the slot looks appealing, it has a decent list of features to make its gameplay enjoyable and potentially rewarding. 

These include scatter pays, cascades, and a free spins round with multipliers. When I started playing the slot, I hoped to trigger free spins naturally. This didn’t happen, so I bought it for the cost of 80x my bet.

The round had the added benefit of multipliers that applied to all wins in the current cascade sequence. They had values as high as 100x, so there was the potential to earn quite a large payout. However, I only won around 12x my bet.

Once the round was over, I hit the button to spin the reels, failing to realise the paid free spins mode was on. This spin cost me another 80x and triggered the round once more. This time, thankfully, I had better luck, scooping a payout worth 91x.

I have to point out that this second playthrough ended up lasting 18 spins, not 12. This was because I landed enough scatters to earn another six spins. The fact that I made a small profit only thanks to extra spins shows how hard it can be to make money from the round.

As for the base game, I won fairly often thanks to scatter pays, with some spins producing quite a few consecutive cascades. My biggest base game win was around 9x my bet, which was still good.

After playing Asian Palace, I would recommend giving the slot a spin. What I wouldn’t advise you to do is buy the free spins round. It’s always risky, yes, but based on my experience I’d avoid making the purchase.
