The Goonies Megaways Quest for Treasure Jackpot King is a very well-designed slot that pays tribute to the classic 1985 action/adventure film The Goonies. It has authentic audio clips, uses the main characters as high-paying symbols, and has a cave setting that looks like it came straight out of the film.

The visuals and soundtrack do an excellent job of recreating the film and immersing you in its world. The slot’s features also tie into the theme well. When I played the slot, I found the gameplay to be very enjoyable thanks to all the features.

There was the Megaways mechanic with cascades, along with collector symbols that could come with enhancers. These enhancers were unlocked one at a time by landing collector symbols. 

Then there was the free spins round, which I got to play once. I could have earned extra spins and multipliers by landing collector symbols, though I didn’t manage to do this. Still, my payout from the feature was 26x my bet, which wasn’t too bad. 

The slot had all sorts of features, enhancers, and different versions of some bonus rounds. I didn’t get to experience everything the slot had to offer during my playthrough. In fact, I don’t think I saw half of the total range of features.

Having said that, there was still enough going on that I felt playing The Goonies Megaways Quest for Treasure Jackpot King was worthwhile. The Megaways and cascade features alone made the slot unpredictable, while other features enhanced that further.

I would certainly recommend playing this slot, especially if you enjoy having lots of extras. It may take a while before you get to experience all of them, but you should enjoy playing the slot regardless.
