To be frank, in my session, the blocks paid much more often than scratch cards usually do. Mostly small, a flat 1x off three matching letter tiles, a 1.5x soon after, but the rounds kept moving instead of draining the balance between hits, so thumbs up.

The kings and gold idols are the ones that pay big, and they made me work for it. Two would land, and the third would hold out, round after round. Then one round turned over three gold guardians together for 50x my bet, my best of the session. But in general, the secret of three red kings, the 500x top prize, was a mystery yet to be uncovered.

Overall, I expected to drop this after five minutes and instead kept poking at blocks for a good while longer. The wins came often, one strong hit actually landed, and the theme gives it more character than these games usually carry. One thing that crossed my mind more than once, though, is that this kind of game could easily scooch in at least one feature, just for a bit more all-around and memorable experience.
