We are going on a deep dive into the magical world of fairies in CT Interactive’s Mega Fairies slot game. This magical world is full of lucky clovers, rainbows, and leprechauns that bring a gamble game with up to 50x wins, up to 5,000x wild wins, wild reels, and free spins. Here’s a closer look at the slot and why I was not so impressed with it.

The base game grid comes in the tried and true 5x3 grid configuration with 20 winning lines and a medium-high volatility setting. Despite the limited set of reels, I was landing payouts between 0.50x to 3.10x my bet pretty regularly every two to three spins on average. This gave me a much-needed boost to my bankroll and a strong start early on in my playthrough. This wouldn’t last long however and sometimes I had to wait for up to eight spins to land a win.

This made me eager to try out the gamble feature provided in the slot that activates after each win and gives you a chance to predict the color of an upside-down card to double your wins or predict the suit of the card to multiply your wins by four. In theory, this feature can boost your wins by fifty times but I had a pretty rough experience with it as most of the rounds I played resulted in a loss.

Triggering the free spins was far more challenging than I had initially thought, there are no scatter symbols in the game, and getting the free spins to trigger requires the wild and the stacked wild symbol to land simultaneously. The first time I triggered it, I only had a single stacked wild which became sticky during the fifteen free spins. I made a decent 28.30x win from the round in total. However, with just one more stacked wild reel I was able to make a nearly 70x win from the free sins bonus game.

The Mega Fairies slot by CT Interactive has potential with its colorful graphics and fun features, but the game seems to guard its riches quite jealously.
