Zeus Run: How Far Will You Make the God Sprint?

Zeus Run is an interesting online slot that offers traditional gameplay with a twist. While most slots rely on luck alone, Zeus Run has a bonus game that involves skill as you take control of Zeus and decide which path he takes to collect coins and avoid pitfalls. It’s similar to an endless runner game but with five levels; after a short while, you choose one of three doors and can end up leaving the game.

I enjoyed playing Zeus Run and thought the addition of the bonus game enhanced the gameplay. There wasn’t a free spins round or respin feature, but the running game was a good replacement. I got to play it four times during my gaming session, though unfortunately I never managed to earn a decent payout from it. 

Even though I played the bonus game four times, I never made it past the first level. When it came to choosing one of three doors, every time I somehow managed to pick the one that resulted in the game ending. This was purely bad luck on my part, and there’s every chance that if you decide to play Zeus Run, you’ll make further progress than I did.

All of my payouts were small. I won plenty of times during the base game, but the amount I won was always a few times my bet or less. The biggest payout I received was 6x, and I won this several times, but of course I would have liked a larger win or two to come my way. Still, I enjoyed playing the slot and liked the inclusion of the bonus game. If you’re after an online slot that does things differently and are a fan of skill-based mini games, you’re sure to enjoy Zeus Run.
