Devils Hot 7s Slot Review & Free Play

Devils Hot 7s: Will This Slot Tempt You With Free Spins and a Bonus Prize Wheel?

The Devils Hot 7s slot brings cartoon characters from the underworld, with demons, red cherries, and BAR emblems across the reels. I like the theme, which comes with a suitably wicked sense of humor, and enjoyed a couple of limited payouts from both the free spins round and a wheel of fortune bonus, with guaranteed wins.

The Devil is in the detail, so let’s take a look at why it’s such an enticing game. It’s a 5-reel, 3-row slot with 25 paylines. I saw wins every 3 or 4 spins in the base games, which matched the 3/5 rating for volatility given by the developer, EdgeLabs Gaming Studio.

Symbols pay anywhere from 0.08x the bet for the cherries to 60x if the pitchfork wild symbol fills a line, and a sexy devil pays up to 100x when she lands anywhere on the grid.

I found that wilds were a big help, contributing to around half of my wins, which helped keep my bankroll relatively healthy, but it took a while for either feature to trigger.

Eventually, the Devil appeared in three spots, awarding the same number of spins on a Ring Of Fire bonus wheel. It’s one of those rounds where you can’t lose, with all segments of the wheel holding prizes. I picked up 42x my stake, which wasn’t huge, but enough to bring me back into an overall profit.

I clearly hit a winning streak as free spins triggered almost immediately after the Ring Of Fire feature came to an end. The gorgeous She-Devil stopped in the middle spot, blew me a kiss and awarded 3 free spins, although she triggers a random number, so perhaps I was a little unlucky to get so few. Anyway, a prize of 17.2x my total bet was a good result from such a small number of free games.

My session on the Devils Hot 7s slot didn’t lead to any huge prizes, but on the other hand, steady wins in the base games didn’t drain my bankroll, which ended up right around where it started. I can’t see it being a slot to revisit often, but with two bonus rounds, a mix of classic symbols and demon characters, plus a funky soundtrack, there was enough going on to keep me entertained for a while.
