Joker Gems takes us to outer space, but it still uses the usual classic slot symbols to keep the theme familiar. I liked the visuals of the game, particularly the charming night sky in the background. 

One thing that excited me about this game is its jackpot. The amounts offered are substantial, usually going into the tens of thousands of euros. The best thing is that the jackpot prize doesn’t vary depending on your bet size. That said, I found it very hard to win the jackpot, even when playing at higher bet levels. 

I was also impressed by the re-spins offered in the game. You only need to get a matching cluster of symbols on the reels to trigger this bonus. For this reason, I was able to get this bonus at least once every several spins.  

Keep in mind that the matching cluster will become sticky during the re-spins round. I also noticed that it’s fairly easy to score new matching clusters during the bonus, and this triggers an extra re-spin. Remember that you can also expand the existing clusters to trigger a win.    

What irked me about the game is how most spaces in the grid stay empty after every spin. This made it hard for me to form winning clusters.   

Watch out for the Light Chaser feature as well. This was quite uncommon during my gameplay, but it’s lucrative. It grants you a winning cluster with 4 or 5 symbols and automatically takes you to the re-spins round. 

To sum up, Joker Gems is a highly profitable game with an interesting theme. The frequent re-spins spice up the gameplay and make it highly lucrative. I wasn’t able to hit the jackpots, but they helped make the game exciting.
