Medium-high volatility keeps the tension real across a 6-row grid. The 94% RTP sits on the lower end, but with mechanics this layered, I didn't mind.

My first spin dropped 2.5x my bet from badges and handcuffs lining up. Go od start. The X-iter menu tempted me with a Diaz Drop for 10x my stake, promising one spin with the corrupt mayor guaranteed on the reels. 

I took the bait. Diaz landed, a Matador showed up with an x3 multiplier attached, and the whole thing paid 9.8x my bet. Not the payoff I imagined for that price, but I lose much.

The real story unfolded naturally a few spins later. Diaz appeared on his own, Toro charged onto the grid right after, and "Clean the Streets" flashed across the screen. When these two meet, chaos breaks loose.

Diaz spawns his Matador goons, then Toro stampedes through them one by one, leaving Wilds and boosted multipliers in his wake. That single feature ended with Toro on a motorcycle, coins exploding everywhere, and 44.4x my bet lighting up the screen.

A few spins later, another Toro charge lined up with multiple Wilds already on the grid. He trampled across them, stacking multipliers as he went, and pushed the total to 62x my bet.

Even without all of those wins, I'd recommend this slot. The concept feels genuinely thought through, every character has a purpose, and the features tie into the narrative instead of feeling bolted on. This is how themed slots should work.
