Zeus Ultim8 Pays is a well-presented slot game themed to the ancient Greek king of the gods and ruler of Mount Olympus. It takes place high up in the mountains, with Zeus himself standing to the left of the grid, occasionally adding multipliers to it.

There was a lot I liked about the slot: the 6x5 grid with cascades, the multipliers that appeared quite often, and the special multipliers that increased with every cascade. I won quite often during the base game, though the payouts were generally quite low.

This was simply because the symbols’ payout rates were on the lower side. Even with cascades giving me multiplier wins per spin and multipliers boosting winnings, I never earned above 7x my bet.

I did, however, win a lot more during the free spins round. There was the option to buy the round for 100x my bet, which I took advantage of after going many spins without the round triggering on its own.

What set the free spins round apart from the base game was that every multiplier was added to the round’s total increasing multiplier. This never resets between spins, so it can reach a high number. By the time I finished playing, it was just 11x my bet.

My total payout from the round was 76x my bet. This wasn’t enough to recoup the money I’d spent on paying for the feature, but it wasn’t a complete disaster, as I could have lost more. Even though I didn’t make money, I can see that the round has high win potential.

On the whole, I thought Zeus Ultim8 Pays was a good slot. I liked its features and frequent payouts, though they were mostly small. I’d certainly recommend playing it, just bear in mind the large payouts are hard to come by, unless you play the free spins round.
