In the base game, I landed symbol combos with royals mostly, in the range of 0.5x to 18x my bet, every three to seven spins on average. However, those longer stretches were rare. As mentioned, there are many wild variations, from the Magician's skull staff and the Girl's sword to the Poet's lute and the Wolf's claw.

Of course, that doesn't mean they land or connect more often, at least not that I noticed. But when they did, and that's every 10 to 15 spins, wins never dropped below my bet value. My best came when the Tomb Keeper's wild completed a line of Tomb Keepers, which doubled the whole combination and paid 45x my bet.

Unfortunately, it seems as if a spooky setup has scared all the scatters out of my session. You'll need three to five of those castle symbols to trigger the bonus round, which awards 10, 15, or 20 spins depending on how many land. Inside the bonus round, reels two, three, and four lock in sync, and every character shows up as a mega symbol across those middle reels.

Overall, my playthrough depicted the "average session". The base game stayed strong enough that my balance never shrank, which is a big plus. If you want a casual session with few ups and downs, I think this one might be for you.
