Blackbeard's Lucky Bucks: Sail With Blackbeard to Find Four Jackpots

Mad Badger Studio has set sail for a max win of up to 5,292x my bet in Blackbeard's Lucky Bucks. On this pirate-filled journey, I stowed away on a deserted island where four jackpots were hidden. Rumor had it that they could go as high as 1,000x my bet. So, here's what I managed to find in this pirate nest.

On this island, I found a bowline holding together a classic-inspired three-reel, three-row slot with just five paylines. Along with regular symbols, you'll see the notorious Blackbeard, pirate flags, sailing ships, and plenty of wilds on the grid. It goes without saying that you'll need three identical symbols on a payline to trigger a win.

During my session, I was landing wins quite often, with gaps of two to three spins and average returns between 0.40x and 1x my bet. Thanks to the frequent wilds, I saw a few better wins, like 3x and 5x my bet, especially considering symbol payouts could only reach up to 10x my bet.

The bonus round was quite frequent, too. The only condition was to land the treasure box on the middle row, with one cash symbol on each of the other two rows. I landed my first bonus round within my first 30 spins, which gave me a total return of 34x my bet.

I landed this round a total of eight times throughout my 200+ spin session, with each round providing wins between 20x and 30x my bet. The only letdown was that I never found any of the jackpots hidden by the pirates beneath the bonus ground.

Although there's no ante bet, the bonus buy will cost you 114x your bet. Since none of my previous bonus wins came close to such a high price, I left it alone. I'd suggest keeping your distance from this tempting round as well.

To put it simply, Blackbeard's Lucky Bucks follows a goody-two-shoes formula, with frequent base-game wins and enough bonus payouts to keep you in the game. This setup is ideal for new players. But for players like me, who crave high-risk, high-reward gameplay, this isn't the right voyage.
