Overheat: A Relaxing Crash Game with a Twist

Crash games have become hugely popular in recent years. Overheat from Mascot Gaming stands apart from other crash games because of how it works. Most of the time, the multiplier increases automatically.

In Overheat, you have to hold your cursor down on a boat to steer it. As it moves, the multiplier increases. If you stop it, the multiplier pauses and you can cash out. There are also treasure chests with cash prizes you can collect by moving the boat so it hits them.

Compared with other crash games, I found the gameplay of Overheat to be quite refreshing. Getting to control the boat and guide it to treasure chests was a nice twist that I very much enjoyed.

When I played Overheat, I managed to end my playthrough with a small profit thanks to a careful approach I’d taken. I generally played it safe, usually cashing out early on. Having said that, there were a few turns where I took a risk and ended up winning a decent amount.

The biggest win I got was around 5x my bet. I probably could have won more if I’d been less cautious. Even so, I was happy with how I played the game and pleased that I didn’t lose any money.

If you’re after a crash game where you have a bit more control than usual, I suggest giving Overheat a go. Perhaps play it for free first to get a feel for how the game works. Playing for free should also let you test out strategies that you can put into practice if you play for real money.
